• Late payments may be subject to interest or collection fees.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Service dates may vary due to weather conditions.

• Customers may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

4. Liability

• While we exercise care, we are not liable for pre-existing property damage, underground utilities not disclosed, or issues outside our control (e.g., weather).

• Clients must ensure clear access to service areas.

5. SMS & A2P Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Algo Landscaping regarding estimates, scheduling, reminders, promotions, and service updates.

• Message frequency: Varies (typically 1–4 messages/month).

• Opt-out: You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.

• Help: Reply HELP for assistance.

• Message & data rates may apply.

• Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including in cases of non-payment, unsafe conditions, or inappropriate conduct.
